 Introduction to water walking:  Physical activity in sea water up to the waist for 1 hour. 1 to 10 sessions. 
 Introduction to Stand-up Paddle: Discovery of stand-up paddle in the Estuary, supervised by an instructor for 1h30. 1 or 2 sessions. 
 Initiation to waveski-surfing: Between kayaking and surfing, discovery of the joys of sliding on the small waves of Veillon for 1h30.  1 or 2 sessions.
